In addition to coating preparation, Gartner uses abrasive blasting for a wide variety of purposes: creating architectural effects, such as exposing aggregate and glass frosting; non-skid walkways and stair steps; as well as carving and shading in materials such as wood and stone.

Some of the media we use are black beauty, steel shot, glass beads, sand, and aluminum oxide. We have both an indoor and outdoor blasting facility and can handle pieces weighing several tons.
