We're located on 10 acres in Pearland Texas near State Highway 288 and Beltway 8. We have a 6,000 sq. ft. office building and a 12,000 sq. ft. indoor coating facility. We have a large laydown area where 40-foot float trailers have easy access to manuver around. Our 15-ton crane and 3 forklifts make loading and unloading go smoothly.
Our indoor painting facilities consist of a 40' X 15' paint booth and a 20' X 20' paint booth. We also have a 10' X 10' booth where most of our powder coating is done. If the job requires heat to cure the coating, we have two large heaters capable of handling parts up to 40' in length and they're capable of temperatures to 700¡F. With our million BTU portable heater, if we have the need to cure a coating inside a vessel or tank truck, we can insulate the vessel and move the heater on site to do the curing.
We have a large self contained indoor blast room that can also handle pieces up to 40' in length. The blast booth is powered by a 900 cfm compressor and the steel shot is continually filtered and recycled.
