Lining of potable and fire water tanks We can reline water storage tanks in the field with either Pre-KreteTM or by using a plural component rig and spraying either polyurethane or polyurea. Pre-Krete is a cementitious material that is applied by troweling it on. With either process we can usually do a 5000 gallon tank in a couple of days. We can also do minor repairs to the tank and install vortex breakers. Many times the job can be done over the weekend and will only put the building out of service for a minimal amount of time.
Architectural Aluminum We apply several coatings to architectural aluminum including Valspar Fluropon, PPG Duranar. Both coatings contain 70% Kynar or Haylar. These fluoropolomer resin paint systems offer long life and protection from chalking and fading. They also meet or exceed all the requirements of AAMA 2605.
Tank Trailers We repair and reline tank trailers for companies in the business of transporting over the road bulk chemicals. We can also provide inspections services for the trailers. The coatings vary from epoxy like Plasite 9570 to high and low baked phenolics like Plasite 3070 and Heresite P403. These coatings provide excellent chemical and wear resistance for a for a variety of applications.
Floor Coatings We apply epoxies and urethanes to industrial floors for appearance and protection. We can also apply several kinds of non skid to floors for slip protection and traction for industrial equipment. |
